First and foremost, congratulations to a Singaporean coworker of mine who just got her H1B. She had to repetition for it after her first application was denied. That was a major burden on her confidence, and I am glad she repetitioned. It paid off, and she's doing better. I also got an update on my application.
Basically, its still the same. Upon reviewing the timeline, my employer's attorney has assured that we have plenty of time. But there is something new going on that I cannot post here. Rest assured its legal and has my best interest at its core. I hope it works out well.
