That means 'Extremely Dry Skin' in French, and that's exactly what I have. Its bad. I can put lotion on my hands six times at work, and when I get home, they'd be white, dry and flaking. Its been like that for months. Well, I finally broke down and got the Hemp Hand Protector (and accompanying Moisture Gloves) from The Body Shop. They're expensive, but they do work. They're water resistant, so I don't have to reapply everytime I visit the restroom. And the fragrance is slowly growing on me. I'm gonna have to try the rest of their Hemp products, since my skin and lips are always dry ( and I seriously hate Carmex).
